Country Replenishment & Inventory Leader

About the role

As the Country Replenishment & Inventory Leader for Australia & New Zealand, you will shape product availability across IKEA’s omnichannel network. You will work closely with commercial, supply chain and fulfilment teams to use data‑driven insights that maximise availability while optimising stock levels and costs.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise replenishment processes, operational forecasting and order management to ensure high omnichannel product availability.
• Drive excellence in inventory management, focusing on stock accuracy, optimal stock structure and efficient capacity utilisation.
• Oversee range management, ensuring the agreed product assortment is available across all touchpoints.
• Analyse commercial opportunities and constraints, supporting global and country initiatives with critical availability information.
• Lead continuous development and innovation within inventory and supply‑chain practices.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in replenishment, inventory management, forecasting and supply planning in a retail or logistics environment.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data and customer insights into actions.
• Customer‑focused and commercially minded approach to balancing availability, stock levels and costs.
