Corporate/Commercial Lawyer – ASX Listed Company

About the role

This position offers a high‑profile, in‑house corporate or commercial lawyer role within one of Australia’s largest ASX listed businesses. You will join a large, high‑achieving legal team and provide expert advice across a broad portfolio of corporate, commercial and consumer matters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice and solutions to senior executives, C‑suite leaders and front‑line staff.
• Handle matters in regulatory compliance, law reform, customer remediation, consumer protection, product development and project contracts.
• Contribute to key cross‑functional projects and support the business’s strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as required.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years post‑qualification experience, preferably from private practice at a mid‑to‑top tier firm.
• Background in highly regulated sectors; experience in corporate, commercial, employment or litigation is acceptable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
