Corporate Travel Consultant (Hybrid – Sydney/Brisbane)

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to join our Sydney or Brisbane team on a flexible hybrid basis. You will manage domestic travel bookings for corporate clients, ensure compliance with travel policies, and deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Deal with busy fast‑paced corporate clients.
• Book flights, hotels, car hire and special requests for domestic destinations.
• Provide tailored travel options that meet client needs and policy requirements.
• Handle last‑minute changes efficiently.
• Offer technical support and emergency assistance during travel.
• Analyse client feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Work collaboratively within a close‑knit team.
• Deliver seamless travel arrangements and high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Previous corporate travel experience.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent administration skills.
• Ability to multi‑task with strong attention to detail.
• Quick learner of new systems, products and processes.
• Group travel experience is an advantage.
