Corporate Travel Consultant – Afterhours

About the role

Join Amex GBT’s 24/7 Traveler Care team as an After Hours Corporate Travel Consultant, providing remote support to corporate business clients. The role involves advising on and arranging travel, ensuring compliance with policies, and delivering exceptional service during evening and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers, both individuals and groups, across air, road, rail, and accommodation.
• Conduct analysis of travel options, anticipate traveler needs, and promote additional services.
• Use Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus) to book domestic and international travel.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, service provider rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide positive telephone service, handle special requests, and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Passion for client service and proactive anticipation of needs.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and integrity with personal traveler information.
• Team player open to feedback and mentorship.

Required skills

• Native expertise in Global Distribution Systems, especially Sabre.
• Familiarity with Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus.
