Corporate & International Tax Manager – Adelaide

About the role

Deloitte’s Tax & Legal team is seeking a Manager to lead high‑impact corporate tax engagements for leading Australian and global clients. You will own end‑to‑end corporate tax compliance and advisory work, building trusted relationships while developing junior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate tax structuring, transactions, tax consolidation and cross‑border issues.
• Own delivery of corporate income tax compliance, including preparation of deferred and current tax provisions, company tax returns and related reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams, providing clear direction and timely feedback.
• Drive technology‑enabled solutions to improve tax delivery and client processes.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and commercial focus throughout engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate tax compliance and/or advisory, either in a professional services firm or an in‑house tax function.
• Proven ability to prepare deferred and current tax provisions and company tax returns.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication of technical tax matters.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple delivery deadlines with a focus on quality and risk.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with sound judgement in prioritising work.
