Corporate Finance & Value Creation Associate

About the role

Re.Group is seeking a senior, hands‑on Corporate Finance & Value Creation Associate to support its growth phase. Working closely with the Commercial Director, CFO, Executive Leadership Team and Board, you will help strengthen enterprise value and prepare the business for future capital and investment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and quantify opportunities to increase enterprise value and build a value‑creation programme with baselines, milestones and financial impacts.
• Maintain and develop financial models for strategic planning, refinancing, investment decisions and transaction readiness.
• Analyse earnings quality, cash conversion, recurring revenues, growth opportunities and capital efficiency.
• Support debt refinancing activities, including forecasts, covenant modelling, downside scenarios and lender materials.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations and briefing materials for executives, the Board, shareholders and external advisers.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 transaction services, private equity, infrastructure investments or corporate development.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work across finance, commercial and operations teams.
• Experience in asset‑intensive businesses such as recycling, logistics or environmental services is advantageous.
