Core Services Engineer (Windows Administrator) – TSPV clearance required

About the role

The Core Services Engineer will deliver and maintain mission‑critical Windows infrastructure for a national‑security program. The role is 100% onsite in Melbourne or Canberra and requires a TSPV security clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, administer and support enterprise Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP across secure environments.
• Build, maintain and optimise virtualised infrastructure on VMware vCenter, ensuring availability, resilience and security.
• Implement automation, SOPs and infrastructure improvements to boost efficiency and platform stability.
• Collaborate with cyber‑security specialists, infrastructure engineers and stakeholders to deliver trusted solutions.

Required profile

• Australian citizen with current TSPV clearance (and ability to meet ITAR requirements).
• Proven experience administering Windows Server in medium‑to‑large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and identity management.
• Experience with VMware vCenter, virtual server provisioning and lifecycle management.
