Conversion & Discoverability Lead

About the role

Vanguard Australia is seeking a Conversion & Discoverability Lead to own the end‑to‑end conversion strategy across its Super and Direct Investment businesses. This senior role blends CRO, SEO, AI‑driven discovery, lead generation and web optimisation to make it easier for prospective customers to find, engage with and join Vanguard.

Key responsibilities

• Own the conversion roadmap, prioritising high‑value opportunities across acquisition journeys.
• Build and run a disciplined experimentation engine across landing pages, calls‑to‑action and conversion pathways.
• Lead Vanguard’s SEO strategy, including GEO, AEO and emerging AI‑led discoverability.
• Develop lead‑generation channels using content, segmentation, personalisation and nurture programmes.
• Partner with Content, Digital, Product, Technology and CX to optimise the public web acquisition experience.
• Translate behavioural, funnel and performance data into compelling growth stories and actionable insights.
