Control, Compliance, Treasury & Cash SME - SAP

About the role

The Control, Compliance, Treasury & Cash Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide functional expertise for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation, supporting end‑to‑end process and system design.

Key responsibilities

• Provide domain SME input across design, build, and deployment of SAP solutions.
• Document and validate current‑state processes, business requirements, and pain points.
• Support future‑state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4.
• Participate in workshops, review and validate proposed changes, and manage issues and risks.
• Contribute to testing activities, including scenario input, execution support, and defect triage.
• Support change and readiness activities such as documentation, training inputs, and adoption support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in process improvement, project or system‑related initiatives.
• Ability to document requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Comfortable working in a changing environment with competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel routinely.

Required skills

• SAP (experience with large‑scale system implementation is advantageous).
