About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead commercial administration for major works packages on the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project, a $5.75 billion rail alliance delivering double track and station upgrades in South East Queensland.
Key responsibilities
- Lead contract administration for assigned works packages and sub‑contracts, managing claims, variations and change control across the alliance.
- Assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risk, supporting procurement strategy and subcontractor engagement.
- Partner with design, delivery and finance teams to resolve issues and prepare commercial reporting and forecasts for project governance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in contract administration on major infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing claims, variations and subcontractor issues.
- Strong negotiation, risk management and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
- Tertiary qualification in construction, law or quantity surveying.
