Contract Manager

About the role

The Customer Contracts Manager is responsible for delivering contractual obligations across a portfolio of government and private‑sector agreements for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. You will lead contract management activities, ensure compliance and governance, and support the organisation’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain contract management plans to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on contract performance, including KPIs, risks and outcomes.
• Coordinate contract governance activities such as reporting, meetings and documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contract‑related matters, resolving issues and escalating when required.
• Support contract lifecycle activities including variations, extensions and close‑out.
• Lead performance reporting processes and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Identify risks, trends and opportunities for continuous improvement and added value.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
