Contract Administrator, Senior Contract Administrator or Contract Manager

About the role

Join a top 10 Sydney builder to manage the commercial delivery of high‑profile residential developments. You will work closely with Project Managers and site teams, handling procurement, contract administration, cost control and commercial reporting from project start to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract administration from commencement through finalisation, including head contracts, variations, progress claims and extensions of time.
• Procure, negotiate and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements, monitor project expenditure and validate payments.
• Prepare cost forecasts, financial reports and cash‑flow projections to maintain budget control.
• Collaborate with project, site and design teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues and identify commercial risks.
• Support and mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with company procedures and legislation.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years experience for Contracts Administrator, 5‑10 years for Senior Contracts Administrator, 10+ years for Contract Manager in construction, preferably medium‑ to high‑density residential projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractor packages, commercial reporting and project financials, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
