Contract Administrator - Industrial Construction

About the role

An experienced Contract Administrator is sought by a growing commercial construction team based in Hallam, Victoria, to support the delivery of an industrial extension project in Derrimut. The role is office-based and starts immediately, initially as a 3-6 month contract with potential for a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Subcontract administration and management
• Processing variations and change orders
• Contract documentation and compliance
• Cost tracking and commercial reporting
• Assisting with procurement activities
• Managing project financial records and claims

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong understanding of subcontract management and project administration
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Construction management systems
