About the role
CFM (Aust) is seeking motivated first‑year apprentices to join their cabinet making team. You will work with qualified makers, learning both factory and on‑site methods using state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble, repair and install cabinets on‑site.
- Operate machinery, including CNC routers, and maintain a clean, safe workshop.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and high attention to detail.
- Physically fit, reliable, hard‑working and a confident communicator.
Required skills
- Hand‑tool proficiency.
- Basic CNC machine programming.
- Shop‑drawing interpretation.
