Content Marketing & Brand Coordinator

About the role

Whistle Clean is looking for a Content Marketing & Brand Coordinator to build the marketing engine behind its growth. The role creates consistent, high-quality content that keeps the brand top of mind and generates qualified leads, and it is full-time, flexible and remote.

Key responsibilities

• Run campaigns across email, social, website and other channels
• Write content, copy and materials that reflect the company's expertise and values
• Manage the content calendar and campaign timelines
• Improve marketing systems, workflows and client communications
• Coordinate graphics, video, web content and promotional materials
• Track performance and act on the results
• Turn real stories from clients and cleaners into content that builds trust
• Own projects from plan to delivery with minimal supervision

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, digital campaigns, content creation or a related field
• Strong copywriting skills and clear, persuasive communication
• Experience creating content for social media, email marketing and websites
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset and willingness to use performance data to improve outcomes
• Writing samples or a portfolio are required

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, email marketing and automation tools
• Confidence using AI tools to support content creation
• Project management and organisation
• SEO, landing pages, video production and digital lead generation are an advantage
