Content Manager

About the role

Lack of Color is seeking a Content Manager to lead its social strategy, create engaging content and grow its global community. Reporting to the Founders & Senior Digital Manager, you will shape the brand’s digital presence and drive eCommerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end social strategy across organic and paid channels.
• Create, schedule and publish on‑brand content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and other platforms.
• Write compelling copy, captions and stories aligned with the brand voice.
• Manage collaborations with ambassadors, influencers and partners, including onboarding and performance tracking.
• Engage with the community by handling direct messages, comments and escalating issues.
• Track content performance using analytics and optimise for SEO and conversion.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience managing fashion‑focused social media channels.
• Strong understanding of social trends, performance metrics and social commerce ecosystems.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera and featuring in content.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently across global territories.
