Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Content Manager to join a fun, collaborative marketing team in Brisbane. You will own content planning and direction, manage a small team, and spend plenty of time creating video, social, and storytelling assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create content across social, digital, video, web, campaigns and events.
• Shoot video, photography, interviews and short‑form social content.
• Develop ideas into consumable content and find compelling stories.
• Plan and manage content across multiple channels.
• Lead and develop a small content team.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating content for social and digital channels.
• Strong storytelling instincts and solid writing/editing ability.
• Confidence interviewing and working with diverse people.
• Some experience managing or mentoring others.
• Collaborative mindset with a good sense of humour.

Required skills

• Hands‑on video shooting and photography.
• Content planning and multi‑channel execution.
