Head of Search & AI Visibility

About the role

Lead the global strategy for search and AI visibility for FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller, shaping how the brands are discovered across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the worldwide strategy for SEO, AEO, AIO and GEO across both brands.
• Develop and maintain technical SEO standards, including site architecture, schema, crawlability, indexation and Core Web Vitals.
• Partner with content, web, engineering and growth teams to improve discoverability and performance.
• Build reporting on share of voice, citations, traffic, conversion and commercial impact.
• Design the operating model, team structure, budget and roadmap for the function.
• Lead and develop the Global SEO Manager and act as a centre of excellence for search and AI visibility.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in SEO, organic search or search visibility leadership.
• 4+ years leading an SEO or organic growth team.
• Proven experience building AI visibility programs (AEO, GEO, AIO) from scratch.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience reporting pipeline, revenue and ROI to senior leaders.

Required skills

• Technical SEO expertise: architecture, schema, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals.
• Tools: Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, citation tracking platforms.
• Familiarity with AI visibility platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity.
