Consumer Insights Manager

About the role

The Consumer Insights Manager will be the voice of the consumer for the Beverages cluster and related teams across Australia and New Zealand. Working in a flexible, hybrid environment, you will partner with marketing and cross‑functional stakeholders to turn business questions into actionable insight plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead qualitative, quantitative and sensory research from brief development through to debrief and actionable recommendations.
• Synthesise multiple data sources into clear learnings, strategic implications and recommendations, including desk research where needed.
• Present insights in a compelling way to support decision‑making across the business.
• Support teams in defining success measures and evaluating the impact of marketing activity.
• Manage elements of the insights budget to maximise impact and value.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in marketing, consumer insights, market research or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG or a fast‑paced consumer environment, with a track record of using insights to shape marketing or commercial decisions.
• Strong curiosity about consumer and shopper behaviour, commercial thinking and the ability to connect insight to action.
• Excellent project management, analytical and presentation skills.
