Consultant – Corporate Tax for Private Clients

About the role

Join EY’s Private Tax team as a Consultant, providing tax advisory and compliance services to family offices, privately owned businesses and high‑net‑worth families. You will work on a diverse client base across the full business life‑cycle, gaining strong technical foundations and commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and compliance services to privately owned corporate groups, trusts and high‑net‑worth families.
• Deliver financial reporting, tax compliance and strategic planning for family governance frameworks.
• Work across multiple projects, including start‑ups, established private businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to advise clients on key business issues using real‑time technology.
