About the role
Join a well‑established insurance building company as a Construction Supervisor, based in Richmond and managing repair projects across a regional territory.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate and lead teams of trades on multiple repair building jobs.
- Build strong rapport with your team and the insured to achieve positive, timely outcomes.
- Liaise with office staff and management to ensure clear communication and keep all stakeholders informed.
Required profile
- Supervisory experience in the insurance building or residential construction sector.
- Strong supervision and project management skills.
- Great communication and a self‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work with a variety of people and deliver quality work.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems (Prime is a bonus).
