Construction Site Manager – Apartment Projects

About the role

Hays is seeking experienced Construction Site Managers to lead a range of upcoming apartment projects across social housing and luxury sectors. The role offers the chance to work on high‑value builds ($10M+), with strong mentorship and limited overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site construction from civil works through to handover.
• Manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with health & safety standards, and maintain accurate reporting.
• Coordinate daily site activities, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a site supervisor or manager on apartment or mixed‑use projects.
• Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M or more.
• Experience with civil works through to project completion is advantageous.
• Ability to work on both structural and all‑round site management tasks.
