Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of new holiday park and resort projects across Australia. Reporting to the Development team, you will drive projects from concept through to handover, ensuring they meet guest experience, ESG and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects end‑to‑end, including consultant coordination, stakeholder engagement, planning approvals and on‑site delivery.
• Monitor consultants, contractors and trades to achieve cost‑effective, timely outcomes.
• Control project budgets, timelines and risk throughout each build.
• Partner with operations teams to plan and communicate staging updates.
• Incorporate customer insights, environmental and ESG considerations into project decisions.
• Travel regularly to project sites, both intra‑ and interstate.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary or trade qualification in construction or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in project or construction management.
• Proven ability to deliver complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and contract administration skills.
