Construction Project Manager – Hybrid Role (QSR/Retail Expansion)

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join a fast‑growing national rollout team delivering restaurant projects across Australia. The position is hybrid, with 2–3 days in our Fortitude Valley office and the remainder on‑site, overseeing a mix of base‑build, fit‑out and mixed‑type projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 7–8 projects through feasibility, design, procurement, tendering, contracts and delivery.
• Provide construction oversight (≈60%) and handle administration, design coordination and budgeting (≈40%).
• Control budgets, issue purchase orders, monitor tenders and oversee commissioning.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors across QLD, NSW and NT.
• Maintain driver’s licence and vehicle access for site travel.

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in a Tier 1 builder, consultancy or site‑based role (e.g., Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, Site Engineer).
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the full project lifecycle.
• Comfort with hybrid working and outcome‑focused environments.
