Construction Manager

About the role

PPS Water Group is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead complex water infrastructure projects across Western Australia. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be a senior on‑site leader, responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget while mentoring the site team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate trades, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Support and mentor site‑based staff and field supervisors.
• Monitor and report on project milestones, variations, and logistics for remote locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in FIFO or remote civil construction environments.
• Knowledge of pumps, pipework, hydro‑testing, and civil earthworks is desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with project scheduling tools.
