About the role

As an Independent Wealth Management Advisor you will join Gan Patrimoine, a 110‑year‑old specialist in personalized wealth solutions. You will work with private individuals, professionals and business owners, helping them build and protect their financial future through tailored advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advice on savings, investments, real estate, tax optimisation, retirement and protection plans.
• Develop and manage a client portfolio, identifying opportunities to meet each client’s life‑stage needs.
• Use digital tools (tablet, CRM) to organise client information and streamline the sales process.
• Collaborate with the network of 380 advisors and 40 independent managers to share best practices.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to become a preferred wealth manager for clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivation to work independently while benefiting from a supportive team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
