Configuration Management Specialist

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to join its fast‑growing Sydney team. You will manage the day‑to‑day change process for a vehicle and its support system, owning the program’s change register from intake through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the program change register, guiding change owners and coordinating impact assessments across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test and quality.
• Prepare and facilitate change packs and review forums, verify release of approved changes, and maintain vehicle and support system baselines.
• Ensure changes propagate through all relevant BOMs (EBOM, MBOM, SBOM) and report status of open, ageing, or blocked changes.
• Compile change and release evidence for configuration audits.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating engineering change, configuration, or technical data in a regulated industry.
• Ability to manage high volumes of concurrent work and obtain inputs from busy technical stakeholders.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility for security clearance.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with PLM/ERP/change management tools such as Teamcenter, SAP, Jira or Windchill.
• Knowledge of configuration management standards (e.g., EIA‑649, MIL‑HDBK‑61) and BOM lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with software/firmware configuration tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
