About the role
We are seeking experienced concrete finishers to join our team for commercial, industrial and civil projects. The positions are available for immediate start and offer above‑award rates and allowances.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and finish concrete to a high standard using hand and ride‑on trowel machines.
- Establish levels and measurements from working drawings, surveyor's marks and reference levels.
- Perform general formwork tasks and operate power tools as required.
Required profile
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Good work ethic, attention to detail and punctuality.
- Hold a general construction industry induction card (white card or equivalent).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Required skills
- Ability to screed and finish concrete.
- Proficiency with trowel machines, including ride‑on units.
- Experience using power tools.
- General knowledge of formwork.
- MR Truck Licence (benefit but not mandatory).
