Concierge - Brisbane Airport

About the role

SIXT Australia is looking for a full-time Concierge (38 hours per week) to join its team at Brisbane Airport. The role ensures customer satisfaction, manages the vehicle fleet and covers a variety of branch tasks, with training on the company's vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers returning vehicles warmly and professionally, and facilitate a smooth, efficient exit process
• Respond promptly to customer needs, offer luggage assistance and answer questions
• Inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness and ensure they meet company standards before being prepared for the next rental

Required profile

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment, meeting tight deadlines while keeping high standards of quality and compliance
• Willingness to work a rotating roster from 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends and public holidays
• Current provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia
• Successful completion of a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening
