Community Support Worker - Belrose

About the role

Quality Health Care, a specialist accommodation, disability and community care provider, is looking for a friendly Community Support Worker to support a client in their 40s who lives with Cerebral Palsy. The client is based in the Belrose area and enjoys a good sense of humour; the support person will help them maintain independence in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Support the client with all daily living tasks
• Offer events and trips into the community using an on-site vehicle, such as the beach, the Zoo and Sydney events like Mardi Gras and stadium concerts
• Provide personal care and daily living assistance

Required profile

• Available to both day and night-time shifts
• A person-centred approach, a great sense of humour and a down-to-earth personality
• Bright disposition and a passion for caring
• Ability to provide all aspects of personal care and daily living tasks
• Driver's licence
