About the role
ADAPT is looking for an associate‑level Community Success Manager to own the attendee experience across all of its events. You will act as the primary point of contact for Australia’s senior technology and business leaders, ensuring every interaction adds value and deepens relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with event attendees before, during, and after each ADAPT event.
- Deliver personalised communications and preparation calls to maximise engagement.
- Support executives onsite, facilitating meaningful connections and exceptional experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and surface commercial opportunities.
- Record all interactions in ADAPT’s internal CRM system.
- Drive post‑event engagement to grow the executive community.
Required profile
- Proven relationship‑management and communication abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail across multiple events.
- Proactive, people‑first mindset with a passion for customer success.
Required skills
- Experience using a CRM system to track engagements.
