Community Manager – Sunbury Over 50's Community

About the role

Ingenia is seeking a Community Manager for its new Sunbury site, focusing on an Over‑50s community. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead day‑to‑day operations and create a strong sense of connection and belonging for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding resident experiences measured through satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Oversee community operations including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy and resident engagement.
• Manage financial performance through budgeting, planning and P&L outcomes.
• Develop and run lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programmes.
• Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to achieve high‑quality results.

Required profile

• Experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged‑care or community settings.
• Proven ability to lead daily operations while balancing competing priorities.
• Experience handling budgets, P&L performance or commercial outcomes.
• Skilled at handling challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Visible, hands‑on leader who enjoys being the go‑to person for residents, teams and stakeholders.
