Community Manager for Vibrant Over‑50s Lifestyle Community

About the role

Stockland is seeking a Community Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its flagship Halton Berwick over‑50s lifestyle community. You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a safe, compliant, and engaging living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and Stockland requirements.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with homeowners, acting as their main liaison.
• Coordinate community activities, facilities, and events that foster connection and belonging.
• Work closely with maintenance officers, contractors and service providers to meet maintenance, landscaping and operational needs.
• Manage community administration, reporting and governance, delivering accurate and timely information.
• Identify and resolve community issues early, maintaining impartiality and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Experience in community management, hospitality, retirement living or other customer‑focused environments.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities, especially for sensitive conversations.
• Proven administrative, reporting and governance capability.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Calm, professional demeanor with a genuine interest in serving diverse residents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
