Communications Officer – Video & Content Production

About the role

The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) is seeking a Communications Officer specialised in video and content production. You will craft engaging digital stories that inform, inspire and connect staff across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end video production, from concept and filming to editing and post‑production.
• Produce photography, multimedia and internal communication assets.
• Direct and deliver the DCJ Live livestream series, coordinating presenters, guests and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative content aligned with strategic priorities.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high‑quality output in a fast‑paced environment.
