Communications Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Communications Lead to join our Marketing team and bring communication strategies to life, influencing large audiences and creating meaningful engagement across a dynamic, fast‑paced organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communication strategies to our field, using consumer‑behaviour insights.
• Lead field communication campaigns from concept through execution and measurement.
• Translate complex business information into clear, engaging messaging.
• Facilitate workshops, education sessions and presentations with our sales force.
• Create communication plans for diverse stakeholder groups and measure effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement or organisational communications.
• Previous people leadership or team management experience.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, consumer behaviour and behavioural drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop communication strategies and bring them to life.
• Experience influencing large and diverse workforces without direct authority.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Confidence presenting, facilitating workshops and speaking to large audiences.
• Strong writing, storytelling and content development capabilities.
