Communications Assistant (Part‑time, Sydney)

About the role

POSSE, an Australian womenswear brand, is seeking a part‑time Communications Assistant to support daily PR, influencer and marketing operations. Based at the Sydney Head Office, you will work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of projects, launches and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international gifting for affiliates, influencers, VIPs and global PR agencies.
• Organise product shipments, returns, tracking logistics and maintain gifting trackers, influencer databases and contact lists.
• Assist with influencer communications, inbound collaboration enquiries and ShopMy/affiliate coordination.
• Track press coverage, prepare reporting documentation and support the creation of PR decks.
• Support photoshoot, campaign and lookbook preparation, including product sourcing and logistics.
• Prepare and resize imagery for web and digital platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Handle administrative tasks such as ordering and managing PR materials, invitations, lookbooks and gifting collateral.
