Common Data Environment (CDE) Coordinator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Common Data Environment (CDE) Coordinator to manage and optimise the CDE for major infrastructure projects in Brisbane. The role ensures data integrity, accessibility and compliance while supporting collaboration across BIM, GIS, survey and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment, guaranteeing data integrity, security and compliance.
• Control user access, permissions and roles within the CDE.
• Develop and implement data governance frameworks and standards.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and optimise performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to enable data sharing and integration.
• Support and train users on CDE processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and client standards.
• Work with ICT teams to enhance integrations and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CDE professional in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical capability and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Background working on major infrastructure projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 19650 parts 1, 2 and 5.

Required skills

• Experience with CDE platforms such as Bentley ProjectWise or Autodesk Forma.
• Database knowledge (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Scripting abilities (PowerShell, VBA, Python – desirable).
• API integration experience – advantageous.
