Commercial Loss Adjuster

About the role

Join Sedgwick as a Commercial Loss Adjuster and manage end‑to‑end domestic and commercial property claims, from first notification through to fair and timely settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of domestic/commercial property claims from first advice to settlement.
• Determine extent and cause of loss using effective, client‑focused investigation methods.
• Project manage the rectification, remediation or reinstatement of damaged property.
• Deliver an exceptional claims experience by collaborating with support colleagues.

Required profile

• Experience in claims management, claims assessment or estimating.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple tasks/cases and manage customer interactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Trade qualifications and/or Diploma of Loss Adjusting (favourable but not mandatory).
