Commercial FP&A Manager, ANZ

About the role

A fast-growing biotech business in the middle of a global expansion is looking for a finance partner who sits inside its commercial engine. The role works directly with the ANZ leadership and sales teams, owns the full FP&A cycle and uses it to shape how the business grows, prices and invests. It is a lean, growing business where your work is visible and your input counts.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and the sales team on performance and growth
• Work closely with sales to understand seasonal cycles and build accurate, practical forecasts
• Own budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting across ANZ
• Explain revenue, margin, cost and working capital results in plain commercial terms
• Build scenario models to support pricing, investment and expansion decisions
• Build and improve forecasting models and reporting from the ground up, using Xero and Excel
• Find smarter ways to automate reporting and give leadership better visibility as the business scales

Required profile

• 5+ years in finance, with strong FP&A experience
• Hands-on business partnering with sales or commercial teams
• Experience forecasting in a business with seasonal or cyclical demand (highly regarded)
• Comfortable building things without a big team or established systems around you
• Confidence to influence senior leaders and work through ambiguity

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and strong modelling skills
• Power BI or similar is a plus
• Experience with Xero or similar cloud accounting platforms
