About the role
Join a large, diversified private group in South West Sydney as the Commercial Finance Manager, acting as the second‑in‑command to the CFO. You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and provide strategic finance insights.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the group’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic finance activities.
- Provide commercial insights and decision support to the Executive Committee, including business cases, investment analysis, capex and financial modelling.
- Oversee tax compliance (in partnership with external tax advisors), risk & governance, and drive ad‑hoc reporting, analysis and process improvement.
Required profile
- CA/CPA qualified with strong analytical capability.
- Excellent business partnering skills and an appetite to grow under the leadership of an experienced CFO.

- Salary range $190‑230K inclusive of superannuation.
