Commercial Director

About the role

The Commercial Director will lead Kerry’s Commercial Team in Australia, driving growth across Food and Beverage channels for Consumer Packaged Goods. Reporting to the Managing Director ANZ, the role combines P&L responsibility with strategic partnership development to become the most valued partner for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Team with full P&L responsibility for CPG customers.
• Implement the Commercial Operating Model through customer segmentation, S&OP, project and pipeline management, and pricing strategy.
• Engage and influence leading Australian CPG companies to create opportunities in taste, food and beverage.
• Drive growth of Kerry Australia across strategic EUMs in line with global and regional strategies.
• Enhance Kerry’s value proposition by leveraging capabilities, insights and resources across the organization.
• Develop deep customer intimacy and partnership, managing relationships with critical stakeholders.
• Coordinate internally with R&D, Commercial Finance and Supply Chain to deliver services under agreed SLAs.
• Manage a robust project pipeline, assessing health and investment needs of each project.
• Develop and execute account plans that outline growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record of commercial performance and building high‑performing sales teams.
• Strategic mindset with experience supporting and growing taste and nutrition businesses across meat, culinary, beverage and bakery.
• Established network and experience building relationships with customers in the Australian market.
• Strong leadership and influence skills to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate global and regional strategies into disciplined execution.
