Commercial Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Architect to join a well‑established design practice with a strong presence in Brisbane. You will work on large‑scale commercial new builds, contributing to an innovative and collaborative studio culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through to completion, managing multiple phases.
• Drive the creative process in partnership with the Project Leader, ensuring deliverables exceed client briefs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain project schedules and meet established deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of studio experience in Australian architecture.
• Proven experience on commercial projects aligned with the current pipeline.
• Strong understanding of Queensland building codes and standards.
• Positive, committed attitude and ability to work within a team‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Proficient, native‑level use of Revit.
• Hands‑on experience with Rhino (highly regarded).
