Club Experience Officer – South Pacific & Philippines

About the role

The Club Experience Officer supports and strengthens the club experience across the South Pacific and Philippines region. Reporting to the Supervisor of Membership Growth & Experience Asia Pacific, you will act as the primary liaison for district governors, assistant governors and club presidents, helping to drive member engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clubs, districts and regional leaders, providing guidance on governance, policy and culture.
• Collaborate with Rotary International directors and senior leaders to implement club and district development strategies.
• Train, coach and manage volunteers at zone, district and club levels, delivering resources and innovative ideas to enhance the club experience.
• Support leadership development initiatives and help clubs deliver valuable member experiences.
• Monitor and report on club performance, engagement metrics and retention trends.

Required profile

• College degree (any discipline).
• At least three years of experience in member associations, volunteer management, development, sales/marketing, public relations or non‑profit management.
• Prior experience with Rotary or volunteer‑focused organisations is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using personal computers and database applications.
