Clinician - Hearing Health

About the role

Audika, part of the Demant hearing healthcare group, is hiring a clinician in Morley to join its team of professional audiologists. You will work independently, serving HSP, DVA, private and insurance clients with hearing assessments, prescriptions, fittings and consultations, using the latest hearing aid technology from several manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive adult hearing services, including wax removal (training provided if required), for a diverse clientele of HSP, DVA, private and insurance clients.
• Perform precise hearing assessments and ensure accurate diagnostics.
• Prescribe and fit hearing aids tailored to each individual's needs.
• Take part in local marketing events that raise awareness of the clinic's hearing services.

Required profile

• Experienced audiologist or audiometrist with deep familiarity with hearing device products.
• Qualified Professional (QP) with an active membership of a recognised audiological peak body.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal communication and empathy in dealing with customers.
