Clinical Trainer – Aesthetic Injectables & Devices

About the role

Based in Melbourne, you will deliver practical training and scientific education to healthcare professionals, clinical trainers and Key Opinion Leaders across Victoria. The role combines hands‑on injection teaching with stakeholder engagement to improve product knowledge and technique.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical injecting training, clinical presentations and product education for a portfolio of aesthetic injectables and medical devices.
• Provide clinicians with clinical and scientific information related to product use and treatment techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, trainers and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Support speaker training and educational events.
• Stay current with relevant clinical literature, products and treatment practices.
• Share clinical insights and customer feedback with internal medical, sales and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Medical Practitioner.
• At least five years of experience in facial aesthetic injecting.
• Experience in clinical training or clinical applications.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage clinicians of varying experience levels.
• Ability to evaluate clinical literature and communicate scientific information accurately.
• Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing your own schedule.
