Clinical Support Specialist – Wound Care

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to lead wound‑care education and support across hospitals and health services in NSW. The role focuses on Negative Pressure Wound Therapy and acute wound care, acting as a subject‑matter expert for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product application and clinical evidence training, including demonstrations, in‑service programs, and speaker engagements.
• Develop tailored training content using globally approved materials adapted to local needs.
• Build and maintain a network of product champions, key opinion leaders and clinical influencers.
• Participate in industry events and translate trends into actionable clinical strategies.
• Provide clinical advisory support to customers and internal sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Territory Managers to drive customer engagement and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Relevant experience in wound care, surgical nursing, operating theatre or medical device industry.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for supporting clinical best practice.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Adaptable to dynamic hospital environments and willing to travel across metropolitan and regional NSW.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy and acute wound care.
• Experience delivering clinical training and product demonstrations.
