Clinical Success Specialist (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

HotDoc is seeking a Clinical Success Specialist to accelerate adoption of its Routine Requests product among general practitioners. Working in a hybrid or remote setting, you will combine clinical insight with strategic outreach to help doctors embed the tool into daily practice.

Key responsibilities

• Activate newly invited GPs by identifying barriers and guiding first‑use of Routine Requests (≈40% of time).
• Engage existing clinics where multiple doctors under‑use the product, delivering group conversations that reach several practitioners at once (≈40%).
• Develop a repeatable playbook—including call framework, configuration checklist, and follow‑up cadence—to enable scalable peer‑engagement (≈15%).
• Track weekly outcomes, surface usage patterns, and iterate the approach with the HotDoc team (≈5%).

Required profile

• Clinical background with genuine insight into GP workflows and practice management.
• Proven ability to influence clinician behaviour and drive product adoption.
• Strong analytical mindset to measure impact and refine engagement tactics.
