Clinical Services Manager - Clarinda

About the role

Benetas is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager (CSM) to lead its residential aged care home in Clarinda, which houses 78 residents. Reporting to the Residential Services Manager, you will lead and develop multidisciplinary clinical and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care, drive compliance and clinical excellence, and act as a key leader and Responsible Person under the Aged Care Act 2024.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to nursing and care teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
• Lead quality, risk and incident management processes, including investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support person-centred care through assessments, care planning, clinical reviews and complex care management.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members, fostering accountability, learning and professional growth.
• Collaborate with residents, families, allied health professionals and external stakeholders to coordinate high-quality care.

Required profile

• AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care, healthcare or a related clinical environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality systems, risk management and aged care legislation.
• Expertise in person-centred care, including complex clinical needs, dementia and palliative care.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders.
