Clinical Provider – Counsellor/Psychologist

About the role
Intellect is expanding its Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) network in Darwin and seeks qualified counsellors and clinical psychologists to deliver telehealth and onsite mental health support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 telehealth and onsite coaching, counselling or therapy‑style consultations (general advice only).
- Deliver the Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) virtually or onsite as required.
- Facilitate optional webinars and in‑person seminars.
- Support employees with wellbeing, stress and resilience issues.
- Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programmes.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Counselling, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Psychology (APAC‑accredited).
- Active membership/registration with ACA, PACFA or AHPRA (including Area of Practice Endorsement preferred).
- 1–3 years of supervised counselling or clinical practice.
