Climb Leader - Story Bridge Adventure Climb

About the role

Story Bridge Adventure Climb, part of Artemus Group, is seeking expressions of interest from Climb Leaders. It offers thrilling climbs for adventure seekers and tourists, and the Climb Leader leads groups up the Story Bridge, giving guidance and instruction while keeping customers safe and well served.

Key responsibilities

• Lead groups of climbers on their ascent to the top of the Story Bridge
• Provide guidance and instruction during the climb
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the experience

Required profile

• Energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for adventure and the outdoors
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Team player focused on safety and customer service
• Comfortable working at heights and calm under pressure
• Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays and evenings
• Current Blue Card for working with children, or willingness to obtain one before starting
• Willingness to complete a First Aid Certificate
